Elephant might be my favorite Gus Van Sant film, it's definitely one of his aimless efforts but that mundane atmosphere it builds just makes the crescendo all the more intense.

I actually quite liked Tusk, it's really self indulgent but it's not without it's charm. The new one however might be a bong hit too far.
