I didn't think it felt like Trek at all. The whole vibe... the whole aesthetic of it was very un-trek like. It was slow, ponderous, badly written, and there was no chemistry of any kind among the cast. The "Klingons" had to read dialog through a mouth full of marbles in a weird version of Klingon that I'm almost sure isn't even right, and the show didn't even portray them properly. And don't get me started on the lead actress and her... whatever it was she was doing. I don't think I've ever seen a worse-written character in television.Faldor wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2017 1:39 amI loved every minute of it. It felt way more Trek than all of Voyager and most of Enterprise (and I liked Enterprise) They were never going to make a series with the aesthetic of the sixties show and changing up the look and style has been consistent with every new Trek from the original through Next Gen.
Abysmal.
